Privacy notice

When you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, phone number, and project description you type. We use that information only to reply and to scope the work you asked about. We do not sell it, share it, or add you to a mailing list.

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by a third-party form-relay service acting on our behalf, and then handled like any other email to the office. This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. One preference (the light or dark viewing mode on project pages) is stored in your own browser and never leaves it.

Accessibility

We want this site to work for everyone, and we aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. The site supports keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators, skip-to-content links, text alternatives for imagery, and reduced-motion preferences.

The content of this site is for general information about the practice. It is not architectural, engineering, or legal advice, and nothing here creates a client relationship; that starts with a signed agreement.

Text, drawings, and photography on this site belong to SPUN Architecture or are used with permission, including work completed during the firm's years as UDA Architects. Please do not reuse them without asking. Project descriptions reflect each project as delivered; details of buildings change with time and ownership.

This site is provided as is, without warranties, and these terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
